How do I restore a look pack?

Tap “Restore Purchases” in the app while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the pack.

Where are my photos?

In the MatteCam album in Photos. The app’s roll also keeps the original and the film version.

Do I need an account?

No.

Is MatteCam free?

Yes. Community looks are free. Look packs are optional one-time purchases.

Refunds?

Through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
